2. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GTC
These GTC apply to the use of the Webshop and to all sales contracts concluded
through it.
By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read and accept these
GTC.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded electronically.
The contract is deemed concluded when the Service Provider sends an order
confirmation e-mail to the Customer.
The contract is concluded in Hungarian, does not qualify as a written contract, and is
stored electronically by the Service Provider.

4. PRODUCTS
The Webshop sells official branded merchandise of the Manas Festival (clothing,
accessories, and other merch products).
The essential characteristics of each product are provided on the product page.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are gross prices (including VAT).
Shipping costs are indicated separately.
The Webshop issues an electronic invoice for every order, which is
sent to the Customer via e-mail.
Available payment methods:
• Shopify Payments (bank card)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Other payment methods supported by Shopify
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment is processed through a secure, encrypted channel.

6. SHIPPING
Shipping area: European Union.
Shipping partners:

• MPL – Magyar Posta Zrt. (API integration)
• GLS General Logistics Systems (Shopify integration)
Available shipping methods:
• Home delivery
• Parcel pickup point (where available)
Personal pickup is not possible.
Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days from order confirmation (depending on
order volume and destination country).

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
Under Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the Customer has the right to withdraw
from the contract without justification.
Deadline:
14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Withdrawal notification:

The Customer must return the product within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The Service Provider refunds the full purchase price (including the original shipping
fee, except for express surcharges) within 14 days.
The Service Provider may withhold the refund until the returned product is received.

7.1 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
• custom-made or personalized products
• products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if opened)

8. WARRANTY

The Customer is entitled to statutory warranty rights in the event of defective
performance.
The Customer may request:
• repair or replacement
• price reduction
• withdrawal from the contract (in case of a major defect)
Warranty claims may be exercised within 2 years from performance.

9. COMPLAINT HANDLING
Complaints may be submitted to:
shop@manasproject.eu
The Service Provider investigates and responds to complaints within 30 days.

10. CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION BODY
In case of a consumer dispute, the Customer may contact the Conciliation Board
competent for their place of residence.

11. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)

12. DATA PROCESSING
Data processing is governed by the Webshop’s separate Privacy Policy.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Webshop uses the following services:
• Shopify
• Shopify Payments
• Magyar Posta Zrt.
• GLS General Logistics Systems

14. RETENTION OF TITLE
Products remain the property of the Service Provider until full payment is received.

15. COPYRIGHT
All content of the Webshop is protected by copyright.

16. APPLICABLE LAW
Hungarian law shall govern these GTC.

17. WITHDRAWAL FORM TEMPLATE
