REFUND POLICY

1. SCOPE
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Manas Festival Official
Merch Store (the “Webshop”).
The Webshop is operated by:
Kéktó Manas Kft.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS – EU
CUSTOMERS)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to
withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email:

3. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
 The item must be unused and in its original condition
 It must not be washed, worn, or damaged

 Original tags (if applicable) must be attached
The product must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received (or proof of shipment is provided), we will process
your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued:
 Using the same payment method used for the original transaction
 Through Shopify Payments (for card payments)
The refund includes:
 The purchase price of the product
 The standard delivery cost (if applicable)
The refund does not include:
 Express or premium delivery upgrades
 Return shipping costs
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof of return.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
 Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
 Include clear photo documentation
In justified cases, we will:
 Replace the item, or
 Issue a full refund

In case of defective performance, return shipping costs will be covered by the
Webshop.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
 Custom-made or personalized items
 Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once
unsealed
 Clearly used or damaged products

7. SHIPPING PARTNERS
We cooperate with:
 MPL – Magyar Posta Zrt.
 GLS General Logistics Systems
Returns may be sent using any reliable courier service.
