We ship within the European Union.
Shipping to other countries is available upon request.

Shipping options:
Home delivery – delivered directly to your address
Parcel point / Pick-up location – collect at a partner location
Payment methods at delivery:
Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay
Cash on delivery (COD)
No in-person pick-up available.
All orders are fulfilled via delivery only.
3. Shipping Time
Expected delivery: 2–10 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on order volume and destination.
Special events or festival drops may take longer; buyers will be notified at checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are displayed in the shopping cart during checkout.
Cost depends on package size, weight, and destination.
Payment Methods:
Card, Apple Pay / Google Pay, Shopify Payments
Cash on delivery (COD), additional COD fee may apply
5. Tracking
All shipments are trackable via tracking number:

Tracking number is included in the order confirmation email.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or not delivered:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of receipt: shop@manasproject.eu
2. Provide photo documentation if damaged
3. We will replace the package or refund the order if necessary
7. Legal Compliance
Shipping is in accordance with Hungarian and EU consumer protection laws,
including the 14-day right of withdrawal.
